How much is coworking in Cebu City? Day pass vs membership, explained
Day pass, flexi pass, membership or private office? Here's how coworking works at Nest, what it costs and how to pick.

If you've been working from home, a café or a condo lobby, a coworking space gives you a proper desk, fast internet and a reason to get dressed in the morning, without signing a long office lease. This guide walks through how coworking works at Nest Workspaces on Gen. Maxilom Ave, Cebu City, what each option costs and who it suits.
How coworking works
You pay for access, not for a whole office. Some people come in for a single day. Others use a few days a month, and some make Nest their everyday base with their own desk or a private office. Everything shares the same building, the same pantry and the same 300 Mbps internet.
At Nest there's no hourly desk rate. A Day Pass covers the whole day, from 7 AM to 1 AM, so you never have to watch the clock.
Option 1: drop in for a day or a week
Good for trying the space, a deadline week, or when you just need to get out of the house.
- Day Pass, ₱400. 7 AM to 1 AM, every day of the week.
- Owl Pass, ₱550. A full 24 hours, for night owls and people working with clients in other time zones.
- Week Pass, ₱1,500. Seven days in a row, 7 AM to 1 AM.
No appointment needed. Walk in, and the front desk will set you up.
Option 2: Flexi Passes for a few days a month
If you come in two or three times a week, a Flexi Pass is a bundle of days you use whenever you like before it expires. A Flexi 7-Day Pass is ₱2,490, which works out cheaper than seven separate Day Passes. There are bigger bundles too, listed on the coworking page.
Option 3: a monthly membership
Once you're in most weekdays, a membership is the better deal. A Hotdesk Membership is ₱5,500 a month and lets you take any open desk. A dedicated desk is yours alone, and you can leave your things there overnight.
Every membership includes:
- 24-hour access with your own keycard
- 3 hours of meeting room use every month
- 10 color and 20 black-and-white prints every month
- 6 guest hours every month
- Free or discounted community events
Option 4: a private office or booth
For a small team, or anyone who takes a lot of calls, a private office closes the door on the noise. Offices fit 1 to 3 people and start at ₱20,000 a month for 2 people, with each extra person at ₱5,500. You can bring your own furniture with our approval. Read private office or coworking membership if you're deciding between the two.
